Job Summary
The Manager of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances will play a crucial role in developing, negotiating, and managing partnerships that directly contribute to Thrillophilia's sales and growth objectives. This position requires a motivated individual with a robust network within the consumer, lifestyle, and travel sectors, as well as a keen ability to ideate and execute commercial partnership strategies rapidly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic partnership initiatives that align with the company's growth ambitions.
- Identify, pitch, and negotiate commercial agreements with relevant stakeholders across consumer goods, travel, and lifestyle sectors.
- Maintain an active network of brand managers, partnership leads, and marketing heads to facilitate effective collaboration and partnership opportunities.
- Assess and structure co-funded campaigns and bundled offerings to enhance market penetration and reach.
- Drive revenue growth through the establishment of new distribution channels and customer acquisition efforts.
- Measure and report on the outcomes of partnerships, including revenue impact and customer engagement metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales.
- Proven track record of closing significant partnerships with measurable revenue outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to structure partnerships that drive mutual value.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Adept at working in high-pressure environments and making decisions quickly.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in mid-sized consumer brands (Rs. 50-300Cr) within the travel, adventure, or lifestyle sectors.
- Familiarity with the travel partnership mechanics and co-branded campaign structures.
- Prior experience within a fast-paced startup environment is advantageous.
Experience
- Candidates aged 28-36 with prior experience in partnership management, specifically from mid-sized brands where hustle and innovation were essential for building partnerships.
Environment
This role is based in either Mumbai or Gurgaon and operates in a work-from-office setting, allowing for dynamic collaboration and engagement within the Thrillophilia team.
Salary
- Competitive salary package of Rs. 30 Lakhs fixed, with performance bonuses and equity options (ESOPs) tied to partnership revenue and acquisition impact.
