<div>Sales Head:</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div> <div>Lead the origination of RE transactions, identifying new business<br /> opportunities and maintaining relationships with key partners, clients,<br /> and stakeholders.<br /> ▪ Build and lead a high-performing team dedicated to Real Estate business,<br /> fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.<br /> ▪ Deal Origination and Business Development - Originate and source new<br /> deals across real estate sector directly and with the help of team.<br /> ▪ To be updated with the Market Intelligence on Real Estate Market and<br /> Track Key Developments<br /> ▪ Understanding the nuances of wholesale funding for the Real Estate Sector<br /> ▪ Responsible for monitoring the RE transactions throughout the<br /> transaction lifecycle &ndash; Origination, Closure and Deepening of Relationship<br /> ▪ Manage the disbursement process, ensuring timely and accurate<br /> processing of loans. Implement effective monitoring mechanisms to track<br /> loan performance and mitigate potential risks.<br /> ▪ Client Management: Have deep relationship with the client and<br /> understanding their needs and providing feasible solution<br /> ▪ Help the team for finalization of the Deal Structure, Participate and<br /> Negotiate on key commercial terms and Transaction documents<br /> ▪ Contribute to the development and profitable growth of the real estate<br /> portfolio by developing new relationships<br /> ▪ Stakeholder Management: Build and preserve connections with important<br /> partners, clients, and stakeholders to enhance business relationships and<br /> explore collaborative opportunities.</div> <div>▪ Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to internal and<br /> regulatory policies and procedures governing the Real Estate sector.<br /> Implement and monitor compliance measures to mitigate risks and uphold<br /> industry standards.<br /> ▪ Team Development and Performance: Oversee the development,<br /> performance, and training of the staff, ensuring continuous improvement<br /> and alignment with business goals.<br /> ▪ Market Analysis and Trends Evaluation: Monitor consumer opinions,<br /> market trends, and competitor activity in the RE sector. Identify<br /> opportunities and challenges, formulating strategies to maintain a<br /> competitive edge.<br /> ▪ Problem Identification and Resolution: Proactively recognize and address<br /> any issues, risks, or hazards that might impact the RE business.
