<div>Job Description:</div> <div>* Develop product direction, positioning, and messaging in the market</div> <div>* Develop business cases for new products and significant product enhancements, including identification of the problem, proposed solution, market sizing, sales projections, costs, execution planning/management, etc.</div> <div>* Work with internal teams - sales, implementation, tech development, technical support, etc. - to understand market needs</div> <div>* Be a prioritizer while balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders</div> <div>* Identify, evaluate, and plan integration efforts with third-party software solutions as needed</div> <div>* Develop and work with Product Marketing to identify and craft appropriate product positioning and marketing materials.</div> <div><br /> Desired Skills and Experience</div> <div>* 1-3 years of Product Management (self-serve products) experience</div> <div>* Prior product management experience in B2B fintech will be Ideal</div> <div>* Passion for new technology and how it is used to develop a great product</div> <div>* Methodical and organized; able to manage multiple opportunities, projects, and priorities concurrently</div> <div>* Knack for problem-solving, enjoys dissecting problems and finding the root cause and then rallying the team around a solution</div> <div>* Excellence in presentation, demonstration, and interpersonal communication skills</div> <div>* MBA / bachelors in engineering or Finance or equivalent from top tier is a plus</div>
