Job Summary:

 

Our dynamic team is looking for a Head of Sales who will play a pivotal role in driving the brand’s revenue, growth and profitability across all offline and offline channels – eCommerce marketplaces, modern trade and quick commerce. You would be responsible to scale up the revenue, expand distribution channels, manage partner relationships and oversee a high-performance team of key account managers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Sales strategy and revenue targets:

 

  • Develop, implement, monitor and review a sales strategy that maximizes the top and bottom line
  • Drive operational excellence by developing the processes, programs, standards and requirements necessary all channels
  • Lead the budget setting and manage costs and draw suitable plans to increase ROI of spends
  • Continually analyse financial performance and adjust strategies to ensure profitability

 

  1. Distribution:

 

  • Establish tie-ups with reliable channel partners & national accounts leading to deeper market penetration across
  • Maintain and improve business relationships with current and prospective partners

 

  1. Team Management:

 

  • Build a highly passionate and self-driven team to sustainably and profitably grow
  • Work closely with the marketing teams, supply chain teams and other stakeholders in the value chain on all aspects related to growth and sales

 

 

Preferred qualifications and experience:

 

  • 10-20 years of proven experience in a sales leadership role at a national level
  • Demonstrated success in driving online and offline sales for a personal care brand
  • Should have handled the P&L and have proficiency in planning, sales forecasting, stakeholder management
  • Resourceful, flexible, and hands-on experience getting things done
  • Top-notch problem-solving skills with a passion for numbers and scaling figures
  • Excellent planning skills, analytical ability and lateral thinking ability
  • Great at managing relationships, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders
