1) Formulate and execute quick commerce Strategies and deliver monthly revenue growth on all the platforms and ensure profit targets are met.<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
2) Consider quick commerce as a separate business unit and take complete ownership of running it profitably (complete management).<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<b>Product & Promotions</b><br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
1) Execute brand strategy, integrated communication and media plans to drive growth on platforms<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
2) Monitoring product sales and boosting it by using relevant keywords and optimized content & regular paid- unpaid promotions<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
3) Define the assortment strategy to establish a clear vertical differentiation vis-a-vis horizontal marketplace. Add new products wherever needed. <br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
4) Design & execute effective promotions strategy to push sales numbers as well as uplift visibility, mind metrics on both platforms as well social media like <b>Meta</b>, x, threads etc<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
5) Work with marketing and creative teams in our integrated planning process to deliver a cohesive shopping experience across all quick commerce touch-points.<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<b>Fulfilment and Marketplace operations </b><br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
1) Ensure smooth daily operations of our business on all external platforms.<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
2) Troubleshoot & resolve operational issues if any with quick commerce platform<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
3) Identify high potential strategic partnerships and constantly engage with existing marketplaces and build strong relationships to drive higher preference for our brand<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<b>BI - Analytics & Reporting</b><br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
1) Competition monitoring and gathering market intelligence<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
2) Detailed analysis of sales trends, ad spends, RoAs, funnel, conversions & all key metrics and sharing relevant insights<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
3) Monitor performance & optimize/course correct<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<b>Budget & ROI management :</b><br style="box-sizing:inherit" />

1) Plan & deploy the monthly budgets efficiently for each platform and track the spends effectively<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
2) Optimize continuously to ensure high RoAs & minimize CAC and RTV<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<b>Listing & Catalogue Management :</b><br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
1) Responsible for listing new products on the quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy instamart etc. & doing regular audits to ensure that correct listing is live on the platform.<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />

2) Preparing & uploading high quality images / video content with the help of media agency and relevant platforms<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />

- Minimum 5+ years of quick-commerce hands-on experience in managing and maintaining quick commerce accounts<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />

- Demonstrated understanding of prevailing process and procedures, fulfilment (operations), marketing and competitive strategies, marketplace technologies, analytics, reporting and content management systems.<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />

- Strong leadership skills, Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and should show constant entrepreneurial initiative<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />

- Experience in P&L management, accountability and strengthen brand consistency across all sales channels<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
- Strong project management and analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions.<br style="box-sizing:inherit" />
