<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-44854cf0-7fff-4460-bf96-8ed7f35e85ed">Role Summary: The Head of Finance will play a critical role in leading Kazam's financial strategy and operations. This role involves managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting while ensuring compliance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to support Kazam's ambitious growth objectives in the fast-evolving EV industry. </b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-44854cf0-7fff-4460-bf96-8ed7f35e85ed">Key Responsibilities: </b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-44854cf0-7fff-4460-bf96-8ed7f35e85ed">● Drive the company's financial strategy, planning, and budgeting processes. ● Develop and implement financial models to support business expansion and funding initiatives. </b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-44854cf0-7fff-4460-bf96-8ed7f35e85ed">● Oversee accounting, financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance. ● Manage cash flow, treasury, and capital allocation effectively. </b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-44854cf0-7fff-4460-bf96-8ed7f35e85ed">● Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. </b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-44854cf0-7fff-4460-bf96-8ed7f35e85ed">● Develop and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions. ● Lead due diligence and financial analysis. </b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-44854cf0-7fff-4460-bf96-8ed7f35e85ed">● Optimize financial processes and implement robust financial controls. ● Experienced in trial balance closure and financial controllership. </b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-44854cf0-7fff-4460-bf96-8ed7f35e85ed">● Mentor and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance. Qualifications and Experience: </b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-44854cf0-7fff-4460-bf96-8ed7f35e85ed">● CA/CPA/MBA in Finance or a related field. </b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-44854cf0-7fff-4460-bf96-8ed7f35e85ed">● 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the EV, technology, or related sectors. </b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-44854cf0-7fff-4460-bf96-8ed7f35e85ed">● Proven track record in financial management, fundraising, and financial modeling. ● Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and investment analysis. </b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-44854cf0-7fff-4460-bf96-8ed7f35e85ed">● Experience in scaling businesses and working with venture capital or private equity. ● Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. </b></p>
