Job Summary

The Senior Analyst 1 Infrastructure Services is responsible for providing Level 1 network support, focusing on incident management, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with IT service management standards. This role contributes to the organization's goals by maintaining network reliability and performance, facilitating effective communication, and participating in change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle Incident Management by tracking and updating the status of pending incidents and service requests, ensuring timely closure.
• Analyze and solve application-related problems using advanced network troubleshooting techniques within large geographically dispersed networks.
• Ensure ITSM compliance for all incidents and service calls, adhering to standardization codes and SLA requirements.
• Participate in Change Management processes, providing inputs and ensuring adherence to documented notification and escalation processes.
• Communicate effectively with customers during incident resolution and provide updates on critical incidents.
• Maintain complete documentation of all activities related to incident management in the service management tool.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience: 2-3 years in relevant technology, specifically in L1 network support.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in LAN/WAN technologies, IP Address Management (IPAM), and Load Balancers.
  • Strong understanding of switching and routing protocols, including products like HP/Nexus Switches and F5 Load Balancers.
  • Familiarity with Wireless technology and its protocols.
• Certifications:
  • AIS / CCNA (required).
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification (desired).
• Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Center LAN Management.
• Knowledge of advanced network troubleshooting techniques.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in L1 network support with a proven ability to learn and upgrade new technologies and technical skills.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹2,400,000.
