Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Sales and Marketing functions. The role involves partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with commercial objectives, drive talent management, enhance employee performance, and build a high-performing sales and marketing organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals and revenue objectives.
• Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational capability building.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives across Sales and Marketing teams.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance improvement, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with leadership on organizational design, change management, and team effectiveness.
• Implement HR policies, processes, and compliance while ensuring business agility.
• Analyze HR metrics, attrition trends, productivity, and workforce insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of HRBP experience, preferably supporting Sales and Marketing functions in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, or Product-based organizations.
• Experience in fast-paced product organizations, consumer-tech, D2C, manufacturing-tech, hardware, or venture-backed startups.
• Successfully managed headcount scale-up through periods of rapid organizational growth.
• Strong understanding of performance management, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach.

Preferred Skills

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing or hardware-led organizations.
• Exposure to HR analytics and HRIS platforms.

Experience

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partner roles.
