Job Summary

We are seeking a DevOps Specialist who will play a critical role in building, maintaining, and optimizing our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This position is essential for ensuring our applications are delivered efficiently and reliably, contributing to the overall success of our projects and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Kubernetes deployments, services, ingresses, and other resources using YAML manifests or GitOps workflows.
• Design and implement a Microservices-based architecture.
• Understand and apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles, including Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipeline architecture.
• Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Utilize Ansible for configuration management to ensure consistent environments.
• Collaborate with teams to establish Git workflows and ensure proper version control practices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Proficient in configuration management tools, specifically Ansible.
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code methodologies (Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools, including Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience in building and maintaining development, staging, and production environments.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation purposes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Understanding of incident management and root cause analysis.
