Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Willingness to travel to Andheri, Bhiwandi, Lower Parel, and Kalyan)
Salary: INR 4 to 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities
1. Hardware & Software Management
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Ensure IT infrastructure's availability, security, and efficiency across office locations.
2. Network Administration
- Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance.
3. IT Support
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Address IT helpdesk tickets promptly and resolve issues effectively.
4. Security & Compliance
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
5. Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to protect data.
- Perform regular backups and test recovery procedures.
6. Vendor Management
- Liaise with IT vendors for hardware, software, and services procurement.
- Evaluate proposals and negotiate contracts to maximize value.
7. IT Project Management
- Lead IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective IT solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in IT management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and DNS.
- Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel across office locations.
