Hardware &amp; Software Management</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.</li> <li>Ensure IT infrastructure&#39;s availability, security, and efficiency across office locations.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>2. Network Administration</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.</li> <li>Troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>3. IT Support</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.</li> <li>Address IT helpdesk tickets promptly and resolve issues effectively.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>4. Security &amp; Compliance</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and protocols.</li> <li>Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>5. Backup &amp; Disaster Recovery</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to protect data.</li> <li>Perform regular backups and test recovery procedures.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>6. Vendor Management</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Liaise with IT vendors for hardware, software, and services procurement.</li> <li>Evaluate proposals and negotiate contracts to maximize value.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>7. IT Project Management</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective IT solutions.</li> </ul> <hr /> <h3><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.</li> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3-5 years in IT management or a similar role.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.</li> <li>Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.</li> <li>Experience with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and DNS.</li> <li>Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices.</li> <li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.</li> <li>Willingness to travel across office locations.</li> </ul>
