Key Responsibilities

1. Hardware & Software Management

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Ensure IT infrastructure's availability, security, and efficiency across office locations.

2. Network Administration

• Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance.

3. IT Support

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Address IT helpdesk tickets promptly and resolve issues effectively.

4. Security & Compliance

• Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.

5. Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to protect data.
• Perform regular backups and test recovery procedures.

6. Vendor Management

• Liaise with IT vendors for hardware, software, and services procurement.
• Evaluate proposals and negotiate contracts to maximize value.

7. IT Project Management

• Lead IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective IT solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and DNS.
• Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel across office locations.
