AVP Relationship Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AVP of Relationship Management to lead and grow our commercial insurance portfolio, focusing on both Employee Benefits (EB) and Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) products. In this senior role, you will drive business growth, manage high-value client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in property insurance placement or a related field.
- Expertise:
- Strong understanding of property insurance products, policy structures, and risk assessment.
- Proven negotiation skills, with experience liaising with insurers, brokers, and clients.
- Skills:
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in evaluating policy wordings and terms.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and explain technical information.
- Proficiency in using insurance placement and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing teams.
- Experience in handling mid-market and service clients with a cumulative premium of approximately 50 Lacs to 2 Cr across all Lines of Business (LOBs).
Preferred Skills
- Additional certifications in insurance or risk management would be a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years in property insurance placement or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing teams.

- Work location: Mumbai or Delhi.
