Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Salesforce & AWS Solutions Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with proven hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development and AWS cloud services. This individual will lead solution architecture, develop robust integrations, mentor junior developers, and play a key role in driving digital transformation using Salesforce and AWS technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Flows.

• Integrate Salesforce with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, and Kendra.

• Lead the design and implementation of Amazon Connect CTI Adapter and WebRTC browser-based CCP within Salesforce.

• Architect and implement secure enterprise-grade integrations and workflows with AWS and Salesforce using best practices.

• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and reusability.

• Define and implement call routing, profiles, queues, emergency messages, holiday scheduling, and dynamic messaging in Amazon Connect.

• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.

• Write and manage IAM roles following AWS security best practices.

• Mentor junior developers and guide the team in adopting best coding and integration practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide long-term solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for systems, configurations, and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 8+ years of overall development experience, with deep expertise in JavaScript, Python, Node.js.

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.

• Strong experience with Salesforce integration, security, and Lightning components.

• Proven experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, Kendra).

• Expertise in CTI integrations and browser-based CCP implementations within Salesforce.

• Proficient in AWS CLI, SDKs, Terraform, and CloudFormation for infrastructure deployment.

• Demonstrated leadership in development teams and mentoring engineers.

• Strong communication skills and experience working with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to document processes and maintain technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce and/or AWS Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, AWS Solutions Architect).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Familiarity with secure coding practices and compliance standards.
