- Founded in 2010 & 100+ schools,another 100+ schools in 5 years
- Backed by Kedaara & have 200+ million
- Also backed by Navneet & Sequoia
- Head HR will have to deal with teachers & staff,principal
- Recruitment is one of the big KRA,another 25 people in central training department, business partnering,payroll & admin
- Currently in 15 cities, for every 15 schools there is one recruitment manager who also has a team of 15.
- Want someone who can build the system
- High on emotional quotient
- Standardise the process,build PMS
- Someone who has pan India basis
- Look at people from hospitality,Banks,NBFC, Insurance,Airlines
- Currently 80 Lacs
