Senior Designer

Job Summary

The Senior Designer will play a dual role as both a creative thinker and an executor. This position requires setting the visual direction for the brand and personally producing a significant amount of high-quality work. The designer will collaborate closely with the Creative & Content Lead to maintain brand guidelines and ensure Hero-Sage's personality is consistently reflected across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Custodianship & Team Guidance

    • Own the visual identity and uphold brand guidelines and design language across all outputs.
    • Review and provide direction to junior designers, maintaining quality standards before final outputs.
    • Proactively build and improve guidelines, templates, and design systems as the brand scales.
  • Campaign & Content Design — Digital & Video

    • Lead design and motion for various campaigns across social media, digital platforms, and print.
    • Create static and video assets for platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
    • Design creatives for monthly newsletters and campaign mailers.
    • Bring visual language to life through motion graphics, including reels and social videos.
  • Sales, Trade & Offline Design

    • Design and produce materials for dealer stores, experience centers, and exhibition stalls, including large-format banners and displays.
    • Create brochures, product catalogs, and sales collateral that are premium, functional, and on-brand.
    • Design event and expo materials for activations and smaller brand events.
    • Translate complex product information into clear visual communication for both trade and consumer audiences.
  • Print Production & Quality

    • Test samples and proofs to ensure color accuracy and material quality across vendors.
    • Liaise with printers and fabricators to ensure physical output matches the intended design from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in graphic design, whether in a brand, agency, or in-house setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaign design, and video/motion work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience actively using AI tools in the design workflow.
  • Aesthetic sensibility that differentiates between premium quality and other design styles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed and quality are essential.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with current design trends and best practices in digital and traditional media.
  • Experience with user experience (UX) design principles would be a plus.
