Position: VP Retail Branch Sales
Location – Chennai
Background:
FinAGG enable purchase credit line for SME Distributor / Dealer and Retailer for Anchor. FinAGG works with most prestigious companies, Leading FMCG companies HUL, ITC, Whirlpool, Astral and many others.

Description
FinAGG is looking for a Rockstar who leads FinAGG Branch Retail Sales .
What You Will Do
• Lead nationwide sales team and implement effective sales strategies in order to achieve targets, grow distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations
• Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts
• Formulate and Launch the counter strategy for local initiatives taken up to improve certain lacklustre locations
• Ability to understand the data to gather the right information and plan the execution accordingly
• Analyse the data and identify the improvement areas, substantiate through market visits to identify the priority spots in order to perform in
• Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management
• Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team
• Ensure the team members are in market and using CRM

• Liaising with the product management team, marketing and other centers verticals for new product
development, service enhancements and sales initiatives
