<p><strong>Position:</strong>&nbsp;Head &ndash; Legal<br /> <strong>Experience:</strong>&nbsp;20+ years</p> <p>Location : Bangalore&nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the legal function for land acquisition, project approvals, contracts, litigation, and compliance.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage due diligence, title verification, and statutory approvals for all land and property transactions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Draft, review, and negotiate MoUs, JVs, lease agreements, construction, and vendor contracts.</p> </li> <li> <p>Oversee regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and dispute resolution.</p> </li> <li> <p>Interface with government bodies, authorities, and legal consultants.</p> </li> <li> <p>Advise management on legal risks, strategy, and implications.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Profile:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>LLB/LLM with 20-30 years in real estate or corporate legal advisory.</p> </li> <li> <p>Expertise in property law, RERA, company law, and regulatory affairs.</p> </li> </ul>
