<div>Job Summary:<br /> We are looking for an experienced and driven Performance Marketing Lead to lead the growth for<br /> Haryana geography at STAGE and drive STAGE&rsquo;s customer acquisition in Haryana. You will drive these<br /> metrics through (i) collaborating with the product team to improve the subscription and payment<br /> experience for customers (ii) working with the marketing team to design and execute bespoke marketing<br /> programs, and (iii) influencing the strategies of STAGE&rsquo;s product, content and marketing teams.<br /> This is a highly matrixed role, requiring you to effectively influence other department heads and senior<br /> leaders in order to impact your area of accountability. To be successful, you will need to combine sharp<br /> business acumen, crystal clear strategic vision, deep understanding of the priorities of other teams,<br /> persuasive written and spoken communication, robust backbone to drive commitment in the face of<br /> resource constraints, and sound judgment on when to escalate.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>What would you do?<br /> ● Own the paid media channels Meta, Google etc for Haryana and deliver monthly targets on<br /> customer acquisition with the CAC objectives<br /> ● Work with different stakeholders to create compelling communication and best in class collateral<br /> development<br /> ● Iterate with Creatives and messaging etc to drive efficient CACs and high CVRs<br /> ● Manage team of 2 google/facebook ads specialists and invest in their upskilling and career<br /> growth<br /> ● Lead and manage all digital campaigns for Haryana from ideation to planning to optimization and<br /> performance analysis.</div> <div>Manage the marketing budget for Haryana to achieve monthly and annual customer acquisition<br /> targets.<br /> ● Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to achieve and exceed key performance<br /> indicators (KPIs) for Haryana, such as ROAS and CAC.<br /> ● Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and drive<br /> efficiency.<br /> ● Lead A/B testing and experimentation with new ad creatives, copy, and targeting options for<br /> Haryana to maintain a competitive edge.<br /> ● Collaborate closely with the Haryana content, marketing, and data analytics teams to ensure<br /> alignment with Haryana&rsquo;s content releases, promotions, and data-driven decision-making.<br /> ● Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging advertising technologies, and competitor<br /> strategies to adapt and innovate as needed.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>You should apply if you have :<br /> ● 4 - 8 years experience in performance marketing.<br /> ● Thorough understanding and hands on experience of online marketing, audience<br /> targeting/segmentation, Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Metabase,<br /> Clevertap etc.<br /> ● Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills.<br /> ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive actionable<br /> recommendations.<br /> ● Creative thinking and strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach.<br /> ● Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills</div>
