Oracle Fusion Planning & Manufacturing Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Planning & Manufacturing Consultant with 7-10 years of experience in Oracle ERP Planning Cloud solutions. This remote role requires a hands-on professional to lead end-to-end implementations, configure Oracle Planning and Manufacturing modules, and provide expert support to clients. The consultant will work closely with clients to translate business processes into robust Oracle solutions, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and Oracle standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Planning Cloud and Manufacturing solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.
• Configure and implement Oracle ERP Planning Cloud modules including Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Production Scheduling, Sales & Operations Planning, Backlog Management, Global Order Promising, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, and Manufacturing.
• Provide expertise in Plan to Produce (P2P) business processes across industries such as Industrial Manufacturing, High-Tech, or similar domains.
• Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping, subsequently developing functional and technical design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Manage data migration, deployment, and cut-over activities while ensuring smooth project execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams, and stay updated with the latest Oracle ERP Cloud enhancements and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Planning Cloud and Manufacturing modules.
• Minimum of 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Planning Cloud implementations, with at least one involving a Manufacturing implementation.
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS Planning architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of common Planning integration touchpoints and data flows.
• Proven expertise in business process modeling, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Experience with data migration, cut-over planning, and deployment activities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle certifications in Planning or Manufacturing modules.
• Familiarity with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) products.

Experience

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP Planning Cloud and Manufacturing implementations.
• Demonstrated record of leading multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Planning Cloud projects.
