Job Summary

The TDD Design role is crucial for the end-to-end management of design activities within the region. The incumbent will oversee project conceptualization, coordinate with various teams, and ensure adherence to processes while driving improvements. This position contributes significantly to the organization’s goals by ensuring that design projects are executed efficiently and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end design activities in the region, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Conduct project conceptualization, including analysis of Redevelopment By-laws and DCR Regulations.
• Draft end product designs for presentation to customers based on area calculations.
• Appoint and brief consultants on project requirements, expectations, and timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with teams such as liaison, projects, and sales to maintain consistency in product specifications.
• Acquire necessary approvals for design and resources for project construction.
• Track project progress and implement corrective actions regarding design as needed.
• Address and mitigate queries during the construction process.
• Comply with company guidelines and project timelines while identifying areas for process improvement.
• Pursue self and team development through training and educational opportunities.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: B.Arch/M.Arch (Full-time)
• Experience: At least 10+ years in a similar role within the Real Estate Industry.
