Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Sr Offline Business Manager s to lead the establishment of Bummer's offline sales channel from the ground up. This pivotal role will involve crafting the entire offline business strategy, building a high-performing team, setting up operational policies and guidelines, forging strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and expanding our network across India. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to make a significant impact and shape the future of Bummer's presence in physical retail.
Responsibilities:
- Offline Sales Strategy: Develop a comprehensive and innovative offline sales strategy to drive market penetration, brand visibility, and sales growth across India.
- Team Building: Build and nurture a dedicated and skilled team to execute the offline sales vision effectively. Provide mentorship and guidance to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Distribution Network: Identify and establish partnerships with key distributors, retailers, and channel partners to ensure widespread availability of Bummer products.
- Policies & Guidelines: Design and implement efficient operational policies and guidelines for the offline business, ensuring seamless processes and compliance with company standards.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer preferences, local trends, and competitor activities, and utilize insights to make informed business decisions.
- Retailer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders, ensuring they become enthusiastic ambassadors of the Bummer brand.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and devising strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Expansion & Networking: Spearhead the expansion of Bummer's offline presence to new regions and cities, building a robust network of retail outlets.
- Brand Representation: Ensure consistent brand representation across offline channels, aligning with Bummer's values and unique identity.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in offline sales and retail management, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry. Experience in Innerwear Category is a plus.
- Proven track record of setting up and successfully managing an offline sales channel from scratch.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to formulate and execute long-term business plans.
- Results-driven, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive knowledge of the Indian retail landscape and consumer behaviour.
