Project Architect<br /> The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project life cycle. They will manage personnel involved at different stages of the project and showcase strong design and technical abilities.<br /> Responsibilities<br />

• Collaborate with different stakeholders on the project such as consultants, contractors, vendors/ suppliers, to communicate intent and ensure the integrity of the project.<br />
• Manage a project - anticipate the needs of the project and create schedules and tasks.<br />
• Ensure that all details are in place to design detail before it is begun.<br />
• Micro-level planning for architectural drawings and site execution.<br />
• Preparing Design Detailing, handling tender-related correspondences, technical coordination with the consultants and site.<br />
• Should have experience in onsite retail interior works.<br />
• Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development and execution from an interior work perspective.<br />
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents related to interior works.<br />
• Design and document commercial aspects of interior projects.<br />
• Interaction with clients and consultants for project requirements and updates.<br />
• Understanding of interior-related services (electrical, firefighting, HVAC, and plumbing) for coordination with design.<br />
• Work with teams across business lines, in different locations, and coordinate with subcontractors<br /> Qualifications<br />
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience 2-4 years related experience<br />
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, BIM
