Full-Stack SEO Analyst
Role Summary
The Full-Stack SEO Analyst owns the entire search performance lifecycle across technical SEO, on-
page optimization, off-page authority building, content strategy, and analytics. This hybrid analyst–
engineer role ensures websites, catalogs, and content ecosystems are crawlable, indexable,
discoverable, and competitive — while driving measurable growth in rankings, traffic, and
conversions.
The role blends SEO strategy, technical implementation, content optimization, link-building
governance, automation, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, content, and client
delivery teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Technical SEO
• Maintain site health through audits, crawl diagnostics, index coverage analysis, and log-level
insights.
• Manage canonicalization, redirects, robots.txt, sitemaps, pagination, and hreflang.
• Validate feed/catalog quality: CSV/XML/JSON validation, attribute mapping, and URL
reconciliation.
• Implement and monitor structured data (JSON-LD: Product, Offer, Rating, Breadcrumb, etc.).
• Review and tune automation pipelines: enrichment rules, metadata generation, and safety
checks.
• Collaborate with engineering on connector specs, data contracts, QA, and rollout plans.
• Ensure JavaScript-rendered pages are crawlable and compliant with SEO best practices.
- On-Page SEO
• Optimize metadata, headings, internal linking, content hierarchy, and keyword targeting.
• Conduct keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Improve CTR through meta experiments, A/B testing, and SERP feature optimization.
• Build and maintain on-page playbooks for content teams and client delivery.
• Ensure content quality, freshness, and E-E-A-T alignment.
- Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
• Develop and manage ethical link-building strategies (guest posts, digital PR, partnerships).
• Monitor backlink profile health, disavow toxic links, and maintain domain authority.
• Identify brand-safe outreach opportunities aligned with client guidelines.
• Track competitor link landscapes and authority gaps.4. Content SEO & Strategy
• Work with content teams to create SEO-optimized landing pages, blogs, and product pages.
• Use semantic SEO, topic clustering, and search intent mapping to guide content creation.
• Validate content against brand, legal, and safety policies.
• Build content briefs, templates, and optimization frameworks.
- Performance Measurement & Analytics
• Track rankings, impressions, CTR, sessions, conversions, and revenue impact.
• Use GA4, GSC, and leading SEO tools to produce insights, dashboards, and monthly reports.
• Run experiments on metadata, structured data, and content changes to measure lift.
• Conduct large-scale URL and log analysis for crawl budget optimization.
Key Skills & Requirements
Technical Skills
• SEO fundamentals: crawling, indexing, site architecture, canonicalization, and redirects.
• Web stack: HTML, CSS basics, HTTP, status codes, headers, and JS rendering.
• Structured data: schema.org and JSON-LD.
• Feed/catalog systems: CSV/XML/JSON, attribute mapping, and reconciliation.
• Data analysis: SQL, Excel/Sheets, and ETL/pipeline familiarity.
• Scripting: Python, Node.js, or Bash for automation and bulk fixes.
• SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, GSC, GA4.
Off-Page & Content Skills
• Link-building strategy and backlink analysis.
• Keyword research, content optimization, and SERP feature targeting.
• Content quality evaluation and E-E-A-T alignment.
• Competitor analysis and topical authority mapping.
Nice to Have
• Experience with embeddings, semantic search, or ML-based scoring.
• Familiarity with CMS/e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Exposure to CI/CD, feature flags, and canary deployments.
• Understanding of vector databases or search platforms (Elastic, Pinecone).
