The Sales Manager will drive the growth of the CRE business in Hyderabad by acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and ensuring the delivery of business goals. The role requires hands-on sales experience in the CRE sector and strong local market knowledge.</div>

<div>Key Responsibilities:<br />

Client Acquisition:<br />

Identify and acquire new clients, including developers and businesses, for CRE products such as LAP and construction finance.<br />
o<br />
Build strong relationships with brokers and referral partners to generate leads.<br />
2.<br />
Business Development:<br />
o<br />
Drive sales targets by effectively pitching products to potential clients.<br />
o<br />
Ensure timely onboarding of clients and seamless execution of deals.<br />
3.<br />
Market Intelligence:<br />
o<br />
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the Hyderabad region.<br />
4.<br />
Risk and Compliance:<br />
o<br />
Ensure all deals comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.<br />
o<br />
Collaborate with credit and risk teams for smooth deal closure.<br />
5.<br />
Reporting:<br />
o<br />
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market activities to the Zonal Sales Leader.</div>

Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven experience in CRE lending.<br />

Deep knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market.<br />

<div>Qualifications:<br />

Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in CRE sales.<br />

Education: Bachelor’s degree; MBA/PGDM preferred.<br />

Location: Based in Hyderabad, with occasional travel as needed.</div>
