Job Summary

The Manager – AP, Banking, Treasury & TDS will play a key role in core finance operations and treasury management. This position will involve end-to-end accounts payable management, banking operations, vendor payments, reconciliation, and TDS compliance. The role is not purely focused on audit or compliance but is integral to the operational finance framework and reports directly to the Finance Controller or Director of Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable management.
  • Manage vendor payment processing and reconciliation.
  • Handle banking operations and fund transfers.
  • Ensure TDS deductions, filings, and compliance are met.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital.
  • Manage banking relationships and process controls.
  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and process improvements.
  • Coordinate internally with finance and business teams, while managing the operational team.

Qualifications

  • Education: CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 3–10 years in relevant fields.
    • Strong exposure to Accounts Payable, Banking, Treasury, TDS compliance, and Vendor reconciliations.
  • Solid understanding of SOP/process management.
  • Required team handling experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in renewable energy sectors such as Tata Power, Greenko, or GreenTech.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems preferred.

Experience

  • 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance management roles.

Environment

  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Type of Work: 5 days a week, in-office with standard morning shift timings.
