Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated MCX Gold & Silver Trader who specializes in trading Gold and Silver commodities. The successful candidate will have strong experience in MCX trading, terminal operations, and understanding exchange and holding costs. Both technical and non-technical trading experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Execute trades exclusively in MCX Gold & Silver.
• Monitor live market movements, news, and price action.
• Utilize trading terminals efficiently (e.g., ODIN, NOW, NEST, or similar).
• Calculate and manage exchange costing, including:
  • Brokerage
  • Exchange charges
• Manage holding costs, including:
  • Carry-forward / overnight charges
  • Margin requirements
  • Interest cost implications
• Maintain proper trade logs and daily Profit & Loss (P&L) records.
• Adhere to risk management rules and company trading limits.
• Coordinate with back-office for reconciliation and settlements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in MCX Gold & Silver trading.
• Any graduate (with a preference for Finance/Commerce).
• NISM / NCFM certification is an added advantage (not mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience in MCX Gold & Silver trading.
• Full command over trading terminals.
• Clear understanding of exchange costing structure.
• Sound knowledge of holding costs/carry-forward charges.
• Ability to work in evening shifts aligned with MCX market hours.
• High discipline and emotional control in trading.

Preferred Skills

• Both technical traders and non-technical traders are encouraged to apply.

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in MCX Gold & Silver trading.

Environment

• The position is based in Daryaganj, New Delhi, during evening shifts as per MCX market hours.

Salary

• Salary is up to 18 LPA.
