Job Summary

We are seeking an E-commerce & Quick Commerce Associate who is excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to the growth of our online business. This role offers hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations, inventory planning, marketplace management, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates will enjoy solving problems, working with data, and taking ownership of their tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms.
• Plan inventory across online channels to ensure maximum product availability.
• Monitor sales, pricing, product performance, and marketplace health.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and account managers to ensure seamless execution.
• Track channel performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns across marketplaces.
• Prepare and maintain reports to track key business metrics.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Strong interest in consumer brands, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Prior experience managing Amazon or Quick Commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, or Swiggy Instamart.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Experience

1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred, but freshers with the right enthusiasm and skills are encouraged to apply.

Environment

This position is based in Gurugram (On-site) with a work schedule of 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday).
