Job Summary

The role of VP - Human Resources is crucial for shaping the people strategy. The successful candidate will be strategic and hands-on, responsible for building scalable people practices while partnering closely with the leadership team to drive organizational growth and manage multiple HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Talent Acquisition to ensure effective hiring processes.
  • Enhance Employee Experience to foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Drive initiatives related to Culture & Engagement to cultivate a strong company culture.
  • Manage the Compensation & Benefits structure to ensure competitive and fair compensation for all employees.
  • Implement Rewards & Recognition programs to motivate and retain talent.
  • Supervise HR Operations and People Processes for smooth daily HR functions.
  • Develop the HR Strategy and Organizational Development to align with business goals and growth plans.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in HR leadership roles, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
