2. Role – Head of Alternates

• This team handling role reports directly to the CEO - Mr. Bala Subramanian
• The position is at Band 6, with the designation of VP
• The role is responsible for leading the Alternates vertical— which includes institutional client coverage, product strategy, and deep distribution engagement across key alternate investment offerings.
• The role involves managing a 15–20 member team, and requires a candidate with a strong background in Institutional Sales, Direct Sales, or those who have operated at the intersection of wealth management and investment product sales.
• Ideal candidates would be those currently working with AMCs or large wealth management platforms, with an ability to drive large-ticket AUM, manage senior client relationships, and influence alternate investment strategies at a leadership level.
• The budget for this role is fixed at ₹ 75 - 80 LPA (fixed) with variables
