Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Communication: Develop and implement creative and engaging communication strategies that resonate with our target audience and strengthen the brand identity across all platforms.
- Social Media Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of social media campaigns to build brand awareness, engage with consumers, and drive online sales.
- Brochure Displays & Layouts: Oversee the creation of visually appealing brochures and other marketing collateral, ensuring that the displays align with Snabbit's brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
- Discounts & Offers Strategy: Work on pricing strategies, discounts, and promotional offers that align with market trends, brand positioning, and overall company objectives.
- Data Analysis Expertise: Conduct in-depth market research and consumer data analysis to measure campaign performance, brand perception, and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
- Self-Starter & Proactive Leadership: Take ownership of your initiatives and execute marketing plans effectively. Show a high level of initiative and ability to work independently, while collaborating with other teams.
- Build a Brand from Scratch: Play a key role in creating and defining Snabbit’s brand identity from the ground up, establishing a compelling narrative and tone of voice that resonates with our target audience.
- Travel Requirement: Will be required to travel approximately 15 days per month to meet with stakeholders, conduct market visits, and manage field activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including sales, design, product development, and leadership, to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives and campaigns.
- Consumer Interaction: If you have experience interacting with consumers or working on the consumer side, it will be a huge plus. Your ability to connect with and understand consumer needs is key.
