• Problem solving mindset- What are the Problems/challenges they have solved in their previous role.
• Having a Point of View backed by logic and data- should Demonstrate a data oriented and research-based view when they respond on their key achievements in their role.

• Tenure - Less than 2 year’s in the last 2 roles
• Listen & Communicate - Communication that is not clear, brief or impactful, inattentive listening
• Only B2C experience, limited B2B experience
• ENT grade companies vs SMB - Experience in large enterprise/Tech companies not relevant
