- Tenure - Less than 2 year’s in the last 2 roles
- Listen & Communicate - Communication that is not clear, brief or impactful, inattentive listening
- Only B2C experience, limited B2B experience
- ENT grade companies vs SMB - Experience in large enterprise/Tech companies not relevant
