Backend Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. This role is crucial in supporting our software applications and contributing to the overall success of our tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side components using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement database solutions using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Java Programming and Spring Boot.
  • Strong knowledge of C++ Programming.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL for database management.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development or related roles.

Environment

• Location: Options to work from Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, or Coimbatore.
• Work Setting: This is a full-time position with an expectation to start within 15 days of offer acceptance.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹2,00,000 - ₹13,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and skill level.
