Key Responsibilities ● Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets within the assigned region. ● Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks; onboard new industrial clients. ● Conduct product demos, trials, and provide basic technical support. ● Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. ● Maintain strong relationships with dealers and end-users to ensure repeat business. ● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. ● Participate in product launches, dealer meets, and industry exhibitions. Skills & Competencies ● Strong understanding of welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SAW). ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
