Assist investment activities and portfolio reporting

• Portfolio tracking, performance and risk management involving strong statistical analysis, working with the portfolio company CFOs 

Act as the contact person with portfolio companies’ Finance Departments

• Based on portfolio companies’ monthly or quarterly financials, board reports and KPIs for quarterly reports, analyse companies’ performances and financial variances; perform valuations on portfolio companies on a quarterly basis

• Assist in the preparation of reports: LP Report, NAV Report, Partners Report

• Closely working with portfolio companies on bank-related matters / issues; regulatory changes etc

• Assist new investment and divestment process

• Draft internal investment policies and procedures
