The Farm Operations Head is responsible for overseeing all aspects of cultivation processes to ensure the successful production of high-quality crops. This role involves managing the growing environment, monitoring plant health, ensuring compliance with safety and agricultural standards, and leading a team of growers and support staff. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of agricultural practices, crop management, and is experienced in operating in controlled environments.</span></span></span></p>

<li value="50"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:21.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial MT",sans-serif">Coordinating with the accounts team in making of P &L of farms</span></span></span></li>
<li value="50"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:21.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial MT",sans-serif">Timely supply of raw material of seeds and nutrition at the farm sites .</span></span></span></li>
