Job Summary

The HutSpot (HubSpot) Developer will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites using HubSpot CMS. The individual will collaborate closely with various teams, ensuring consistency and timely execution of marketing tasks that align with the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize websites using HubSpot CMS; knowledge of WordPress is an added advantage.
• Work closely with designers, content writers, and digital marketing teams to execute campaigns collaboratively.
• Take full ownership of assigned marketing and development tasks, from planning to delivery, ensuring consistency and timely execution across channels.
• Conduct technical audits, implement web security best practices, and ensure adherence to User Experience (UX) and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Optimize websites for on-page Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and leverage tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush.
• Execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar platforms.
• Monitor and analyze site performance using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HubSpot CMS (mandatory); WordPress experience is a plus.
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with on-page SEO and SEO audit tools.
• Good understanding of web security policies and best practices.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
• Experience in email marketing automation platforms (HubSpot Marketing Hub preferred).
• Comfortable working with analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
• Educational qualifications in relevant fields (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related discipline).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of backend development languages.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

Experience

4 – 6 years of experience in web development with a focus on HubSpot CMS and digital marketing.

Environment

• Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – JP Nagar / Brookfield; 2–3 days/week in-office).
• Work Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM; candidate must be flexible and overlap with business hours as required.

Salary

Approximately 1.5 LPM + Tax; final rate negotiable based on experience and feedback.
