We’re now hiring a Content Strategy Lead to craft and scale our voice across all channels, helping us tell powerful stories that inform, inspire, and convert.
Role Overview
This is a strategy-meets-creative role that sits at the heart of our brand building. You’ll develop and execute a content strategy that brings our brand pillars and messages to life across all touchpoints—from social and influencer content to paid campaigns, product pages, packaging, and more.
You must be deeply fluent in the world of beauty and content, with an ability to craft compelling copy and shape a consistent brand voice across formats and teams.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Content Strategy
- Define and own the brand content strategy, content pillars, and tone of voice
- Build monthly and quarterly content calendars across organic, paid, and influencer-led channels
- Identify content opportunities based on beauty trends, consumer needs, platform insights, and brand priorities
- Develop content playbooks, formats, and guidelines for repeatable, scalable content creation
- Ensure brand messaging is consistently aligned across Instagram, YouTube, website, emailers, influencer briefs, ads, and packaging
- Write and edit brand copy across touchpoints—from Instagram captions and website copy to product descriptions and campaign scripts
- Build and maintain the brand tone of voice, adapting it across formats while keeping it emotionally consistent
- Collaborate on creative campaign messaging, headline ideation, product positioning, and storytelling hooks
- Brief and support influencer and creator teams with messaging frameworks and scripts
