Job Description
<div>Job description<br />
The candidate will be Configuring the Products at Server & Application level & ultimately addressing<br />
customer requests and helping the team on a day-to-day activity. In addition, the candidate will be<br />
making sure all prerequisite checkpoints before the product go live and subsequent requests<br />
Responsibilities<br />
● Configuring the Server<br />
● Configuration of Applications<br />
● Addressing Vulnerability assessment Points shared by the clients<br />
● Debugging of Logs<br />
● Proficiency in writing SQL Queries<br />
● Data Extraction from various systems<br />
● Finding the root cause and providing solutions to client issues.<br />
● Proactively coordinate with the product team to come up with fixes<br />
● Documenting error reports and monitoring performance metrics<br />
● Configure product features, users, and user access as per client requirements.<br />
● Monitor production environment in its performance and stability<br />
● Install the required tools and software.<br />
● Proficiency in remote desktop and helpdesk software<br />
Must Have skills:<br />
● Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating system<br />
● Knowledge of Java (Basic Understanding), Shell scripting<br />
● Knowledge of Tomcat , Apache Web server,<br />
● Knowledge of all database (Oracle, MS-SQL, My-SQL etc)<br />
● Clear logical thinking and communication<br />
● Ability to keep calm in high-pressure situations.<br />
● Time-management and multitasking<br />
Qualifications<br />
● B.E. Computer /BCA / MCA or relevant field<br />
● Minimum Experience 1 – 3 years in support profile of any IT Product Base company.</div>
