Job description
The candidate will be Configuring the Products at Server & Application level & ultimately addressing
customer requests and helping the team on a day-to-day activity. In addition, the candidate will be
making sure all prerequisite checkpoints before the product go live and subsequent requests
Responsibilities
● Configuring the Server
● Configuration of Applications
● Addressing Vulnerability assessment Points shared by the clients
● Debugging of Logs
● Proficiency in writing SQL Queries
● Data Extraction from various systems
● Finding the root cause and providing solutions to client issues.
● Proactively coordinate with the product team to come up with fixes
● Documenting error reports and monitoring performance metrics
● Configure product features, users, and user access as per client requirements.
● Monitor production environment in its performance and stability
● Install the required tools and software.
● Proficiency in remote desktop and helpdesk software
Must Have skills:
● Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating system
● Knowledge of Java (Basic Understanding), Shell scripting
● Knowledge of Tomcat , Apache Web server,
● Knowledge of all database (Oracle, MS-SQL, My-SQL etc)
● Clear logical thinking and communication
● Ability to keep calm in high-pressure situations.
● Time-management and multitasking
Qualifications
● B.E. Computer /BCA / MCA or relevant field
● Minimum Experience 1 – 3 years in support profile of any IT Product Base company.
