Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to critical company projects. Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research in the real estate and financial industries to support strategy execution.
• Perform ongoing market, customer, and industry analysis to aid strategy formulation and partnership development.
• Provide strong and timely financial and business analytic decision support to business partners and various organizational stakeholders.
• Support the building and maintenance of meaningful relationships across different functions and levels within the organization.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations based on internal company metrics and external market research.
• Assist in building financial and business partnerships in the housing finance domain.
• Develop robust financial models.
• Maintain an organized approach with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a tier 1 or premier college.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in start-ups, research, strategy, or consulting with exposure to and knowledge of Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large volumes of information accurately.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the housing finance domain is advantageous.

Experience

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in relevant fields such as start-ups, research, strategy, or consulting.
• Exposure to banking and NBFC sectors is preferred.
