Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to critical company projects. This role involves close collaboration with senior management to drive internal and external processes and initiatives that create company-wide impact. Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research in the real estate and financial industries to support strategy execution.
- Perform ongoing market, customer, and industry analysis to aid strategy formulation and partnership development.
- Provide strong and timely financial and business analytic decision support to business partners and various organizational stakeholders.
- Support the building and maintenance of meaningful relationships across different functions and levels within the organization.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations based on internal company metrics and external market research.
- Assist in building financial and business partnerships in the housing finance domain.
- Develop robust financial models.
- Maintain an organized approach with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from a tier 1 or premier college.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in start-ups, research, strategy, or consulting with exposure to and knowledge of Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large volumes of information accurately.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the housing finance domain is advantageous.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in relevant fields such as start-ups, research, strategy, or consulting.
- Exposure to banking and NBFC sectors is preferred.
