Job Summary

The Technical Project Lead will oversee project development and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role focuses on leading technical teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful deployment of technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project workflows and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in project management or technical leadership roles.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in JavaScript.
  • Strong experience with AWS DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Data Streaming technologies, particularly Kafka.
  • Knowledge of Hibernate Framework.
  • Expertise in Spring Boot.
  • Proficient in SQL Data Analysis.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages or frameworks.

Experience

Environment
