Working Time – 9am-7pm<br />
Working Day – Monday to Saturday<br />

Work Experience – 6 years + relevant experience. Experience in the F&B industry is preferred<br />
<br />
<b>Roles & Responsibilities</b><br />
<br />
1) Primary ownership and accountability of the HR Department and HR Operations within the organisation along with Monthly Reporting<br />
2) End-to-end Payroll processing, management and supervision<br />
3) Liaison with On-ground teams on a regular basis<br />
4) End-to-end Onboarding and Exit formalities for all employees<br />
5) Preparation and maintenance of all statutory and regulatory documents along with Employee dockets<br />
6) Liaison with department as and when needed along with coordination with on-ground officers<br />
7) Setup and smooth running of the People and Culture Processes<br />
8) End-to-end responsibility of managing all labour compliances with a monthly Compliance Report<br />
9) Onus for Organisation wide recruitment through Job Portals, Agencies or networks<br />
10) Conflict and Dispute Resolution. Responsible for building the Grievance Redressal Process along with On-ground conflict management<br />
11) Automation and smooth transition of current processes into efficient SOPs<br />
12) Development and management of Employee Policies, Incentive Programs & appraisal policies in alignment with organisational ethos and compliance laws in force<br />

<b>Qualifications & Skills</b><br />
<br />
1)<b> </b>Graduate. Bachelor’s / Master’s in human resources is an advantage.<br />
2) Strong Leadership Skills. Should be able to drive the entire vertical by themselves.<br />
3) Cross-Functional Collaboration is mandatory for this role. The candidate should therefore possess strong Communication Skills.<br />
4) Should be up-to-date with latest compliance laws in force and ongoing issues within the industry.<br />
5) Candidate should have a pro-active rather than a reactive approach to managing the department.</span></span></span></span></span><br />
