Job Summary
As the Product Development (Hamper Curator) Intern, you will play a key role in developing new gift hamper products tailored for various occasions. The role involves market research, creative curation, vendor management, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration. You will have the creative freedom to shape product offerings and will receive direct mentoring from the founders, helping you expand both your professional and creative skill set.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze market trends and customer demands for new product ideas.
- Curate and create innovative gift hampers for different occasions.
- Identify, negotiate with, and manage vendors, ensuring favorable pricing, terms, and quality.
- Oversee the testing process for new products and samples.
- Conduct sample reviews for design, aesthetics, functionality, and stability.
- Ensure that all Satianu products meet the company’s high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new solutions and product designs.
- Maintain organized records and work methodically throughout the product development process.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in product design, creative design, and artistic design.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work methodically, independently, and collaboratively.
- Willingness to step out of comfort zones and embrace new challenges.
- Team player with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Educational background in design, business, marketing, or related field preferred (students or recent graduates welcome).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with product curation or event planning.
- Prior exposure to vendor management or negotiation.
- Familiarity with quality control processes.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of the aromatherapy, wellness, or home fragrances industry.
Experience
- Minimum Experience: 0 years (Freshers and students encouraged to apply).
- Relevant experience in product design, creative projects, or similar roles is a plus but not required.

- Work Location: Kalina, Mumbai.

Salary
- ₹96,000 - ₹1,20,000 (Internship stipend, commensurate with qualifications and experience)
