Responsibilities

● Managing the company’s financial planning and investment strategies wrt global expansion and new product launch

● Responsible for bringing in automations and streamlining processes

● Manage fundraising plans and capital structure

● Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments

● Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable for the organization operation

● Create financial reports and analytics to provide insight to cofounders and board of directors.

● In-depth Peer Analysis -P&L, Return on Invested Capital (ROIC), Return on Equity (ROE), Bookings TCV, Pay-out ratios, Total shareholders Return.

● Hiring, onboarding and training of new members and retention of key resources

 

Requirements

● 15 + years’ experience in accounting and financial management practice

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline of accounting,business accounting and finance.Certified Public Accountant certification a plus.

● Proficiency with Accounting softwares,Tools word processing, and spreadsheets

● Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

● Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills
