Job Summary
We are looking for a Creative Director to own creative strategy and performance across paid advertising and brand communication. This role aims to analyze creative performance, build frameworks for high-converting videos, identify new customer personas and winning angles, and improve the creative win rate month-on-month. The Creative Director will collaborate closely with the Creative Lead, who will manage execution, production, timelines, and day-to-day creative operations.
Responsibilities
- Own creative strategy across performance marketing and key brand communication.
- Analyze creative performance and identify patterns across winning and losing creatives.
- Build frameworks for creating high-converting video ads.
- Improve and maintain creative win rate month-on-month.
- Identify new customer personas, use cases, consumer problems, and motivations.
- Discover and test new winning angles, hooks, propositions, and formats.
- Build a structured creative testing framework across personas, angles, hooks, creators, and formats.
- Translate performance learnings into clear creative briefs for the execution team.
- Identify creative fatigue and develop new concepts before existing winners decline.
- Maintain a repository of creative learnings, winning concepts, personas, and angles.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing to connect creative performance with Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), conversion, and scalability.
- Review concepts, scripts, and creatives to maintain both performance and brand quality.
Qualifications
- 5 – 8+ years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy, advertising, or consumer brands.
- Strong analytical ability and experience using creative performance data to make decisions.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and metrics such as CAC, ROAS, Click-Through Rate (CTR), conversion rate, and creative win rate.
- Experience developing creative testing frameworks and identifying winning advertising concepts.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology, personas, messaging, hooks, and direct-response advertising.
- Ability to combine creative judgment with structured experimentation and data.
- Experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), consumer health, nutrition, beauty, or other consumer categories is preferred.
