Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance our web application and integrations to deliver an

intuitive and high-performing user experience.

• Write clean, modular, and thoroughly tested code following industry best practices.

• Collaborate closely with founders to define, design, and implement new features. •

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs for seamless integration across systems.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members to uphold high standards

of code quality.

• Leverage Google Cloud services to build scalable and secure infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

• Strong experience with API development and deployment.

• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably GCP BigQuery and Firestore.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical

experience.

• Prior experience working in early-stage startups or building SaaS platforms.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering impactful solutions.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills; committed to

continuous learning about emerging technologies and best practices.

• Experience utilizing AI tooling to enhance daily engineering efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with frameworks like Next.js and Tailwind CSS.

• Experience with Python. • Familiarity with Google Cloud tools for backend services.

• Understanding of NLP, machine learning, and integrating AI-driven workflows.

Work Hours & Logistics

• Full-time remote position

• Core overlap: 9 am–1 pm PST (4 hours) for customer calls and stand-ups;

schedule the rest of your day around what keeps you productive.
