YOU’LL BE OUR: Transformation Lead – Assembly Line (Manufacturing Systems & Digital)

Ather wants to build strong digital infrastructure to ensure the work across the organization is run in the most effi cient manner. This would require building strong systems and tools which align strongly with the business processes in the organization. This also requires a keen eye to identify all the ineffi ciencies and automation opportunities in the processes and work towards implementing them.

We are looking for someone who can champion the cause, by being the business partner and evangelist for the digital transformation across various parts of the organization.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING AT ATHER?

● Business partner: As a Transformation lead you will be working with respective Product Owners/Business Owners across the Manufacturing organization (like Vehicle Assembly Line, Quality, Warehousing, Logistics, SCM) to gather requirements to solve business problems through digital solutions. You will need to help prepare a business case justifying the need of digitisation, and help prioritize between the various asks of the stakeholder You will also champion the cause of your stakeholder with the information systems group. Ensuring the requirements are well understood and implemented.

● Technology Evangelist: You will also be the evangelist for adoption of tools and digitisation eff orts by identifying opportunities where use of technology can make org more effi cient Develop understanding of how most of the tools used by the stakeholders work, You will be part of both IS and relevant business swimlanes Responsible for prioritizing tech implementation with IS DO assessing the cost - benefi t and timeliness of the implementation.

● Process support: You will help stakeholders articulate current process pain points and translate them into functional requirements and acceptance criteria. Participate in early UATs of the solutions on behalf of the stakeholders and work towards ensuring adoption by training, awareness and hand holding post implementation

WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE & SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?

● Hands on experience on setting up Systems for a 2W / 4W Manufacturing set-up ● End to End Business Value Chain Understanding of Manufacturing, Supply chain, Logistics, Warehousing ● Ability to assess the need for a change from problem statements, create system PRD and support end to end process and system implementation ● Experience in Business Process designing, VSM, VSDiA ● Basic understanding of IT tools architecture and Working knowledge of tools like ERP (SAP PP, QM, MM, WM), TC PLM, MES, Ariba, IT system ● Strong quantitative analytical skills, ROI and Business Value delivery

WHAT SHOULD I HAVE GRADUATED IN? ● Bachelors/Masters Degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g. Engineering with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience ● Masters in Business Administration or equivalent from a premier B-school (Desirable) ● Desirable: exposure to Industry 4.0 / Digital Manufacturing and Lean/Six Sigma; practical shop‑fl oor improvement experience is a plus (not mandatory).

● Should have demonstrable manufacturing domain expertise, practical MES/SAP usage and examples of driving digital adoption over formal process improvement certifi cations or hands‑on system confi guration.
