Goal: 

To build and maintain robust financial models and forecasting processes that support Table Space’s valuation, strategic objectives, and IPO readiness, by ensuring accurate budgeting, in-depth financial analysis, and effective collaboration across business units. 

Role Summary: 

The AGM – Corporate Finance will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Table Space’s long-range financial model to support valuation and business strategies, manage financial forecasting, oversee risk analysis, and play a key part in preparing the company for its IPO and business growth. 

Key Purpose: 

Drive robust corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A), support investor relations, and ensure that the company’s business decisions and reporting align with the highest standards of accuracy and strategic foresight. 

Key Responsibilities: 

 - Develop and own the financial model for the company’s business. 
- Work closely with business, strategy, operations, accounting, reporting teams, and merchant bankers for IPO readiness. 
- Regularly present analyses and reports on relevant operating and financial metrics to senior business leaders. 
- Track historical internal and external KPIs and develop methods for their ongoing capture. 
- Forecast future P&L and cash flows on both cash and IND AS basis. 
- Build and maintain a robust data repository for sales and financial data. 
- Develop methods and strategies for analyzing large data sets. 
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 
- Prepare dashboards for CFO and other senior stakeholders on a fortnightly, monthly, and annual basis. 
- Lead financial planning and budgeting processes. 
- Develop tools to track budgets vs actuals at micro levels. 
- Analyze financial data and develop strategic recommendations. 
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and financial management best practices. 
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams needing visibility and clarity on numbers, forecasts, and trends. 
- Collaborate with financial reporting for forecasting and monthly variance analysis.
