• Responsible and accountable for Sales & Business Development strategies and execution of the same for the region in line with the broader zonal / corporate directives.

• Responsible for increasing sales/ AUM of the assigned region as per targets in addition to coordinating, managing and monitoring activities in the assigned region.

• Will have direct responsibility to develop and grow key accounts i.e., large IFAs in their region and mapped to the Regional Head.

 

a. Overall Work Experience Minimum 12-15 years

b. Detailed understanding & Knowledge of Mutual Fund Industry, Capital Market, UTI Products and its growth & profitability drivers.

c. Knowledge of operation policies & procedures / service standards and competitive environment.

d. Knowledge of legislation and regulations, company policies & HR policies of UTI.
