Overall Work Experience Minimum 12-15 years</div> <div>b. Detailed understanding &amp; Knowledge of Mutual Fund Industry, Capital Market, UTI Products and its growth &amp; profitability drivers.</div> <div>c. Knowledge of operation policies &amp; procedures / service standards and competitive environment.</div> <div>d. Knowledge of legislation and regulations, company policies &amp; HR policies of UTI.</div>
