Job Description
<div>Designation – Senior Manager – Clinical Hiring &amp; HRBP<br />
Department – Human Resources Location – New Delhi Corporate Office<br />
Reporting Manager – Director HR<br />
Key Role – To lead the sourcing and hiring of the Clinician for Centre for Sight . To work closely with the<br />
doctors as HR business partner and handle HR operations for the vertical.<br />
Education/Qualification Post Graduate degree/diploma with Specialization in Human Resource<br />
Management or Hospital Management with experience in HR<br />
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.<br />
Industry Preference: Healthcare / Hospital<br />
Knowledge and Specific Skills:</div>
<div>Effective communication, Good Interpersonal<br />
skills. Domain knowledge.<br />
Open for travelling to different part of the country</div>
<div>Key Responsibilities:</div>
<div>1. Drive end-to-end recruitment of the Clinician for the Organization<br />
2. To do market mapping of the available talent pool in the identified location.<br />
3. To build healthy relations with the ophthalmologist and work closely with the sales and operations<br />
team to have insights of their patient base and reputation.<br />
4. To create a database of doctors for present and future hirings.<br />
5. To partner in handling negotiations with the doctors in consultation with the Management<br />
6. To be a single point of contact for all HR operations related processes for the assigned business.<br />
7. Ensure that all HR audits and accreditations related compliances are maintained.<br />
8. To work closely with the Medical Superintendent and other HR COEs like Payroll, talent acquisition,<br />
Statutory compliance, L &amp;D etc.<br />
9. Any other activity or project assigned by the management.</div>
