Job Description
Designation – Senior Manager – Clinical Hiring & HRBP
Department – Human Resources Location – New Delhi Corporate Office
Reporting Manager – Director HR
Key Role – To lead the sourcing and hiring of the Clinician for Centre for Sight . To work closely with the
doctors as HR business partner and handle HR operations for the vertical.
Education/Qualification Post Graduate degree/diploma with Specialization in Human Resource
Management or Hospital Management with experience in HR
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
Industry Preference: Healthcare / Hospital
Knowledge and Specific Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive end-to-end recruitment of the Clinician for the Organization
2. To do market mapping of the available talent pool in the identified location.
3. To build healthy relations with the ophthalmologist and work closely with the sales and operations
team to have insights of their patient base and reputation.
4. To create a database of doctors for present and future hirings.
5. To partner in handling negotiations with the doctors in consultation with the Management
6. To be a single point of contact for all HR operations related processes for the assigned business.
7. Ensure that all HR audits and accreditations related compliances are maintained.
8. To work closely with the Medical Superintendent and other HR COEs like Payroll, talent acquisition,
Statutory compliance, L &D etc.
9. Any other activity or project assigned by the management.
