About the Role

We are seeking an SSIS Support Analyst with strong SQL, SSIS, and data management skills. The ideal

candidate will have extensive experience in database development, report/dashboard creation, and data

troubleshooting to support business-critical processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and troubleshoot SSIS packages, Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, Automation

Processes, and SQL Jobs with an eye on performance.

• Convert, manipulate, and prepare large volumes of data for ingestion into systems using SQL

Server integration tools.

• Create, modify, and troubleshoot reporting queries in SQL Server 2019.

• Maintain and support data ingestion tools and automation scripts.

• Manage and resolve data-related issues reported by customers and internal employees.

• Conduct quality and business logic checks on all data into and out of systems.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction with customer service, technical and consultative skills, and

acquired knowledge of the work product.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of database and application development experience.

• Proven SQL Language experience with highly-performing SQL.

• Experience in developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.

• Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.

• Strong experience with MS SQL Server.

• Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.

• Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
