Fractional CMO - Gap - marketing folks affinity towards brand building, performance marketing went for a toss

Especially brand ambassador (jackie shroff), not aligned in ambassador embracing in marketplaces, only on website

 

CTC: 35-40L

 

Location: between (core team, marketing team in) Baner and Telegaon, 2 offices in Pune

No. of days: 5.5 days (2nd and 4th saturday off)

 

Big no-no: Not everything through agency

Personal care brands

 

Must-haves:

Working with all marketing places

Performance marketing and brand building under sourav Head of growth

Strategy building for marketing, budget allocation, categories and products to focus on- channel wise, retail corporate gifting amazon might be different

Comfort in category and the brand

 

Look after PR, marketing team, their comms and packaging are aligned

 

Good to Haves:

Brand marketing + Performance marketing leveraging

Needs to be able to show scaling in perf marketing

Intervention in packaging

Understand business problems and aligning marketing team with it

Product launch, NPD- involvement, USP of the product should be marketed

Educational aspect, entertainment - on social media
